** Concerning the New Election for Business Agent:

Two issues occurred with the 2024 Election for Business Agent:

1. No candidate received a majority vote as required by the Constitution and By Laws of IATSE Local 99 Article III Section 5
2. The Financial Secretary was contacted December 2^nd 2024 with a Protest of the election. Following the Constitution and By Laws Article III Section 5, the Financial Secretary referred the matter to the Executive Board who agreed with the protest. Effectively, one candidate did not receive access to a contact list for the membership upon request.

A new election was required to be held for the office of Business Agent.
