ARTICLE XIX: STEWARDS
SECTION 1. Union Steward
The Union Steward shall represent the Union’s position of compliance to the provisions and conditions set forth in this Agreement, except in disputes that require intervention by the Union’s Business Agent.
The Union Steward shall be permitted reasonable time to investigate, and process grievances on Employer’s property or within working venues during the Steward’s regular working hours.
Union Stewards shall act as the sole liaison between the Employer’s Representative and the labor force.
