Hello Local 99 members & referrals,
As many of you are already aware, there have been some changes in the dispatch office. This message is long overdue, but Roni Covert & Linsey Ostler are no longer dispatching. The officers of Local 99 appreciate all their long hours and hard work and wish them well in their future endeavors.
The new dispatch staff are Nicole Byron, Robyne Anderson & Troy Rigby. The dispatch office hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 9pm and Weekends 10am – 8pm. However, due to the unpredictable nature of our industry, there will often be a dispatcher on duty during hours in which there is an early load-in or late load-out. However, it is no longer necessary to know which dispatcher is on duty at any particular time because the official dispatch phone number will ring the dispatcher on duty regardless of the day or time.
To contact dispatch please call 801-359-0513 ext 1 or text 801-938-8189. If you do not get an answer during business hours, it is likely because the dispatcher on duty is already talking to someone else. Please leave a voice message or send a text (801-938-8189 only) and the dispatcher on duty will return your call/text and/or address your message as they are able.
Please be respectful of the dispatch staff. DO NOT call or text their personal phone number(s) regarding Local 99 dispatch business. They have been instructed to ignore calls on their personal phones that appear to be about Local 99 business.
Also, please delete the following numbers from your contact list: 801-879-3575; 801-259-7177; 801-680-2978, they are old Local 99 automated phone numbers and have not been used or monitored for months. They are scheduled to be disconnected effective December 1st, 2022.
